Jay saved our garage door after another company had managed to turn a perfectly functioning door into a completely non functioning door during the process of simply changing of the bottom rubber gasket on it. The other company had left with promises to "do research and return" only to never call back again. Jay was at my house within a day or two, and in the freezing cold he got the door working again, changed the bottom gasket to the CORRECT type (the other company had tried to jury rig the incorrect type on the bottom instead just ordering the one that was needed)!
